Dávid Nagy serves as CEO of Energrid Smart Technologies. He is a former BCG consultant with over 10 years of experience in technology strategy and execution. He previously held Chief Strategy Officer roles in a tech startup and served as Chairman of the Board of a US-based company. He is a Chemical Engineer and entrepreneur recognized for rigorous decision-making, complex scenario modeling, and decisive execution in high-stakes environments.

Ágnes Kárteszi is a finance and management professional with multinational, SME, and public-sector experience across logistics, FMCG, diplomacy and energy. She serves as a Board Member at Energrid Smart Technologies and Managing Director of Energrid Trade, overseeing commercial operations and bilateral relationships in the CEE energy market. Previously, she held senior roles at British American Tobacco, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, and the Hungarian foreign service in China, focusing on market development and regulatory liaison. She holds a mechanical engineering degree, ACCA qualification, and an English–Hungarian professional translator master’s degree, and also speaks Chinese and Russian.

Dr. György Morva is an Electrical Engineer and retired university professor with extensive expertise in high-voltage grid technology development. His research has focused on high-voltage grid protection, and he has published widely in the field. He graduated from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in 1975 and began his career at the Hungarian Electric Power Trust in 1976. He held the title of Professor and served as a lecturer and researcher at Obuda University for over 30 years. He is the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Münchener VDE Award, and is an Honorary Professor at St Petersburg University of Energy. At Energrid Smart Technologies, he contributes to product development and engineering design.

Gábor Ujlaki is an executive with a strong business and financial background, experienced in multicultural environments and passionate about sustainable energy, innovation, and a smarter world. He serves as a Board Member at Energrid Smart Technologies and Energrid Trade, supporting strategy, governance, and growth in smart grid and energy trading ventures. Gábor is a Board Member at O3 Partners, with a track record in large-scale renewable projects and early-stage tech investment. His earlier career includes senior roles at Teva, Lekkerland and other companies in finance, operations, and shared services, underpinned by ACCA qualification and an Economics and System Design degree.

Bálint Petró is an electrical engineer and energy sector executive, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Co-Founder of Energrid Smart Technologies. Earlier in his career, he worked at MAVIR, the Hungarian Transmission System Operator (TSO), where he gained extensive experience in power system operation and transmission network management. His professional focus includes power grid integration, system reliability, and the development of secure, resilient, and future-ready energy solutions, with a strong emphasis on innovation and digitalization within the electricity sector.

Balázs Ujlaki is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer focused on embedded systems and sustainable energy innovation, with experience in international environments. He earned a BEng and MEng from the University of Manchester, covering embedded systems, control, signal processing, and machine learning. He is Chief Technological Officer at Energrid Smart Technologies, coordinating technical development and supporting product and business strategy decisions.

Balázs Kisjuhász is an Electrical Engineer graduated from Obuda University. He serves as Head of Procurement and Production Manager at Energrid Smart Technologies, leading end-to-end procurement activities and coordinating manufacturing operations in the energy sector. He is recognized for his strategic mindset, strong supplier network, and practical, solution-oriented approach.

Tímea Kerényi-Tóth is an Economist and Agricultural Engineer with a background in corporate finance and international supply chain management. She is Process Developer Consultant at Energrid Smart Technologies. As a former Deloitte business consultant, she brings over 15 years of experience in organizational development and more than 8 years in the energy sector. She is known for her strong analytical skills, high-quality standards and structured project management approach.

Bernadett Bandri holds a degree in HR and Economics, with a background in project management. She works as a Technical Project Preparation and Operations Support Specialist at Energrid Smart Technologies, ensuring effective internal cooperation and smooth project implementation. She coordinates back office activities and is closely involved in the daily operations of the production and development areas.

Zsolt Gémesi is responsible for innovation and intellectual property (IP) management at Energrid Smart Technologies. He is a systems thinker with extensive experience in commercialising research outcomes, including seven years at Imperial College London.

László Lukács is an Electromechanical Engineer graduated from the University of Oradea. He began his career in multinational corporations, gaining experience in industrial operations, technical project execution, and complex engineering environments. Since 2023, he has been leading and developing solar park and battery storage (BESS) projects, focusing on renewable energy infrastructure and energy resilience solutions. He also supports sales on the Romanian market for Energrid Smart Technologies.
